About Us
Integrity First Plumbing Inc., was founded by native San Franciscan, Claytis Norman. Claytis completed 5 years of the Local 38 Union plumbing apprentice school, became a journeyman plumber and then started his plumbing business. Claytis is a Clark Construction Strategic Partnership graduate who won a first place trophy out of the hundreds who attended the school in 2022, and a graduate of the Getting Down to Business School (GD2B), owned by Miguel Galarza, President of Yerba Buena Engineering and Construction. As the name of the company details, integrity is a core principle where ‘doing the right thing’ is the status quo. The expert team at Integrity First Plumbing has over 20 years of experience, and provides a wide-range of plumbing services for new construction, renovations, remodeling, and additions!

IFP follows all relevant OSHA, state and local regulations, and safety protocols are observed at our job sites to maintain a low risk and hazard free work environment. We believe in quality and timely work, and creating workforce opportunities for local San Francisco residents.
